Yasmene McDaniel, MBA, MHA, serves as Chief Executive Officer of HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast network, comprised of an acute care hospital, free-standing emergency rooms, and medical access points throughout the southeastern portion of Harris County.  Before joining the HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast team, she was with another HCA affiliate hospital system – Corpus Christi Medical Center. She has served in executive leadership roles with Sparks Health System in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Jackson Health System in Miami, Florida.

Yasmene possesses 15 years of healthcare leadership in hospital and physician group operations.  She has a proven record in leading strategic planning and business development initiatives, improving employee, patient, and physician engagement, and managing numerous construction and expansion projects.

A native Texan, Yasmene holds master’s degrees in business administration and healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas, and a Bachelor of Science from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Yasmene’s mission is to impact healthcare from an administrative perspective through development within communities and connecting resources to drive high-quality outcomes.  She has a son, Camryn, and enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
