Hello Everyone, in this upcoming episode I will be talking about industrial psychology. With special guest Dr. Foster Exposé, Jr, Ph.D., MA, PCC, CM , Industrial Psychologist and Executive Coach as he frames his idea of personal branding as it relates to his personal story.
Dr. Foster Exposé, Jr. Industrial/Organizational Psychologist Executive Coach
Dr. Foster Exposé, Jr. is an industrial/organizational (I/O) psychologist who specializes in leadership coaching and organizational behavior. Currently, he serves as the system Manager for Physician Leadership Development at UCHealth in Denver, Colorado.
Since 2006, Dr. Exposé has been a strong asset working for various organizations across the nation. He is highly valued and respected by administrative and physician executive leaders because of his expertise in organizational behavior and leadership development. As an expert on organizational performance, he has facilitated over 50,000 training hours on leadership topics such as, organizational culture, emotional intelligence, psychology of teams, communication strategies, and workplace conflicts. Due to his nearly two decade-long accomplished track record of working with senior executives, many seasoned I/O professionals have ranked him in the top 10 percent of the I/O psychology field.
Demonstrating a servant heart and true desire to help others, the one word used often to describe Dr. Exposé is dynamic. His gentle and transparent voice is valued in any discussion that is focused on improving the work environment for all. As a psychologist, his expertise in human performance in the workplace is nurtured by a career that expands over a decade. In his narratives on human performance, there is a compelling viewpoint that is steeped in the philosophies of Sigmund Freud and Carl Rogers.

Dr. Exposé’s formal educational training includes a dual Bachelor’s in Psychology & Sociology, a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Mediation Certification from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He also achieved his Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University. He is a graduate from the Physician Coaching and NeuroLeadership Institutes where he received certifications in Physician Development and Brain-Based Coaching. He also obtained his Professional Certified Coach certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF). In his spare time, he enjoys photography and travel.
